Even after Scott has had strong showings in previous elections, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is at it again. They’ve launched a nasty attack ad against him — more than a year out from the election.
I knew that Scott’s leadership positions in the DCCC and House would put him under the spotlight, but these attacks came as a bit of a shock.

The worst part is that the NRCC is specifically targeting voters who are trying to learn more about Democrats by googling them.
These folks are looking for information about Scott and his colleagues in good faith and they’re finding the NRCC’s nonsense instead. We can fix this, but only if we have the funds to fight back.
