In the past several years, New Americans, people of color, and our allies have made great strides towards achieving our vision of an inclusive democracy in Virginia — winning the House of Delegates in 2019 and voting overwhelmingly for President Biden in 2020. But this year, the progress our communities have made is on the line in Virginia.
That's why we need your help.
With the election less than a week away, New American Leaders Action Fund is kicking off a series of virtual Text Out The Vote events to reach New American and BIPOC voters in Virginia. We will encourage them to support one of our endorsees, Elizabeth Guzmán, and vote in the critical statewide elections!
So what do you say? Can we count on you to virtually join us this week to help get out the vote in Virginia?
Any Virginian who stands with immigrants and for progressive values must show up to vote and protect the wins made on housing, immigration, and fair wages in Virginia. We can not afford to take any vote for granted.
