I’ve officially lost count of how many people have asked me for help writing a religious vaccine exemption. Which laws do I include? What do I say? What are my rights? I get it, it’s confusing and it’s not like you can rely on anything Google to give you the truth. Enter The Vault Project’s “What You Need to Know About Your Right to a COVID Vaccine Religious Exemption in the Workplace [[link removed]].” This is probably the best thing I’ve read (or written? 😏) on the religious vaccine exemption in a long time. Did you know you have rights as an employee under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and that one of those rights includes the right to a religious vaccine exemption? Have you ever heard of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and how they define a “sincerely held religious belief?” Do you know what to do if your religious exemption is denied? Now you do. Go to The Vault Project [[link removed]]. Print it off the article, educate your employer, and most importantly, include it in your COVID vaccine religious exemption. Something tells me The Vault Project is something you should keep your eye on for resources to help you navigate this unprecedented tyranny. You’re welcome.
