I'm coming to you with just four days left in the month to personally ask
if you'd be willing to [ [link removed] ]kick in your first $5 to our campaign
to flip this Senate seat.

I realize you get a lot of requests from me + our team, so I feel like I
owe you an explanation.

John, last
time this seat was up in Pennsylvania, it wound up being the single *most
expensive* Senate race in history at that time. It set a new record for
statewide campaigns in PA — but ultimately we were outspent by the GOP,
losing by just over 1% of the vote. 🙄

Now's our chance to finish the job. But in order to pull this off it's
clear we'll have to smash some records of our own. That's why I'm
incredibly humbled + grateful to share with you that our campaign is
closing in on $10 *million* raised since we first announced, and that
we're pushing really hard to get there by our deadline this Sunday,
October 31 at 11:59 p.m.

If we do, we'll be able to expedite our plan to hire enough organizers to
reach every one of PA's 67 counties, so I'm asking for your help today:

It's mind-blowing to me that we're closing in on this historic milestone.
The fact that we're even close is honestly surreal — and a true testament
to the folks who've chipped in to our campaign in small amounts whenever
possible.

It's proof of our undeniable strength in numbers. 💪

I fully realize that $10 million is a staggering amount of money to be
spent to flip one Senate seat — but our grassroots fundraising is so
critical because every dollar we raise in this early stage gets put
straight towards our organizing program, hiring key staff, and building a
movement capable of overcoming the deep-pocketed GOP in the general
election.
