One of the greatest honors of my job is the opportunity to assist brave veterans across Colorado and hear their stories about stepping up to serve their fellow Americans. Recently, my office was contacted by a local Colorado veteran who wanted to answer the call of service and reenlist in the Navy. He was honorably discharged due to medical issues, but he eventually became healthy again and desired to reenlist. Even though his doctor medically cleared him, the Navy initially denied his reenlistment and found him medically disqualified. He then contacted my office for help. I reached out to the Department of the Navy on his behalf and they agreed to review his case. I am pleased to report that upon second review, the medical advisor reversed his original determination and recommended a waiver of the physical standards. This American hero is now in the process of formally reenlisting to once again serve this great country.
I am proud of all our veterans and men and women in uniform, and I will always do everything I can for them.

Last week, 93% of people said the IRS should not monitor private bank accounts, and 85% of people said Merrick Garland should be investigated by Congress.

The Department of Justice issued a lackluster response to my letter demanding an investigation into the NIH’s funding to harvest organs from aborted babies. Harvesting organs from the genitalia of aborted babies is a barbaric practice that should be relegated to horror movies, not taxpayer-funded “research.”
It is illegal for abortion providers to alter their procedures to make a baby’s body more suited for organ harvesting. Yet, the University of Pittsburgh advertises that they “tailor [their abortions] on a case-by-case basis” to cater to organ harvesting needs, flagrantly violating U.S. statutes. The University of Pittsburgh harvests organs from babies aborted until 24 weeks of gestation. Babies aborted at 22 weeks of gestation can survive, so it is very possible that the University harvested organs from children born alive.
I joined over 100 Members of Congress demanding that the Department of Justice investigate this barbaric and flagrantly illegal practice. In response, we received a dismissive letter that could “neither confirm nor deny” an investigation. No surprise here, since Merrick Garland’s DOJ is too busy investigating parents they perceive to be “domestic terrorists” speaking at school board meetings.

In Biden’s America, your dollar doesn’t go as far, and your grocery store has less to offer. We are experiencing empty shelves and price hikes across the country, with a dangerous holiday shortage looming on the horizon. The collapse of our supply chains occurred while Mayor Pete, now Secretary of the Department of Transportation, was on two months maternity leave. This regime is not only corrupt but totally inept.
Sadly, Biden doesn’t have an answer to the supply chain crisis.
He may not have an answer, but Republicans do. Just look at Steve Scalise’s tweet, where he lays out our plan: - Pass my Protecting American Energy Jobs Act to repeal Biden’s anti-energy executive orders, get gas prices back under control, provide rural jobs, and restore American energy dominance.
- And pass my American Infrastructure Modernization Act to reallocate $650 billion—almost six times more than the funding for actual infrastructure in Biden’s garbage bill—from unspent COVID stimulus money to infrastructure like ports. My bill will fix our ports without raising taxes or increasing government spending by even 1 cent since it uses already appropriated funds.
- Pass Bill Johnson’s bill to streamline natural gas infrastructure approval.
- Pass Yvette Herrell’s bill to require congressional approval before banning fossil fuel production.
- Pass Kelly Armstrong’s bill authorizing the Keystone Pipeline.
- Pass Jeff Duncan’s bill prohibiting Biden’s plan to ban fracking.
- Pass Garret Graves’ bill to improve our environmental permitting process.

Americans should not put up with medical mandates from Tony Fauci and other power-hungry public health bureaucrats. Fauci has been lying about COVID and funding gain-of-function research from the beginning. As it turns out, the Wuhan Institute of Virology isn’t the only barbaric research Fauci’s funded—just look at the puppies whose faces got eaten off by insects while they were still alive.
All Americans who want the vaccine should be able to get it. Americans who don’t want the vaccine shouldn’t be forced to get it. Healthcare decisions should be between a patient and their doctor. These fundamental principles should not be controversial, but in Joe Biden’s America, our medical freedom is under attack.
I will continue to defend members of our military and other hard-working Americans who are being unconstitutionally fired over personal medical decisions.

Sex change surgeries render a person sterile for life, and taxpayer dollars should not be used to experiment on, abuse, and maim confused children. The Biden regime is trying to use Colorado as a test case for using taxpayer dollars to fund chemical castration, surgical sterilization, medically unnecessary plastic surgery, medically unnecessary mastectomies, breast implants, and life-altering irreversible drugs.
Using taxpayer dollars to fund sex change and sterilization surgeries is one of the most disgusting, extreme, and grotesque policies I’ve ever seen. Permanently altering and disabling the physical bodies of children is never ok—and it is especially deplorable when done to gain cheap political points with the radical left.
I led Colorado Congressmen Ken Buck and Doug Lamborn in condemning Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children's Health Insurance Program for mandating that Colorado provide taxpayer-funded sex change surgeries for minors.

I joined over 100 of my House colleagues in asking the Biden regime to clarify its stance on the anti-Second Amendment United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) after Biden announced his intent to rejoin the treaty.
When Obama signed the ATT in 2013, it was met with broad bipartisan opposition because of its vague language and lack of protections for lawful gun ownership and the Second Amendment. It failed to be ratified by the Senate in 2013, and I will work to ensure Congress rejects this monstrosity again.
It is incomprehensible that the United States would even entertain the idea of joining any treaty that subjects our constitutional rights to the U.N.’s oversight and interference. I will always be a strong supporter of the Second Amendment, and I will continue to urge the administration to reject the ATT completely.

The supply chain crisis plaguing the American economy continues to worsen, making it clear that reliance on Chinese manufacturing to provide for millions of Americans cannot continue. This is why I joined Congressman Chip Roy from Texas and 10 of my House colleagues in cosponsoring the BEAT CHINA Act to strengthen and bring jobs back to American soil and to reduce American over-reliance on global supply chains.
If this crisis can teach us anything, it is that we as a nation must take our prosperity, liberty, and national security into our own hands. We need to decrease our reliance on foreign-made goods and foreign supply chains to keep our shelves stocked and our economy running. Americans deserve an economy that works for them and can provide for itself. That is why I am honored to cosponsor the BEAT CHINA Act which would incentivize manufacturers to move production to the U.S. by extending tax advantages to any that do so.

Breitbart, Republicans Blast Biden’s Mask Hypocrisy: ‘Masks for Thee, Not for Me’ “Glad Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Ph.D. enjoyed their mask free dinner. Now, get rid of the mandate for the rest of us. #RuleForTheeButNotForMe”
Independ Journal Review, Lauren Boebert Blasts Pelosi for Telling the Media They Could 'Do a Better Job' Selling Biden's Spending Plan “Can you believe the audacity she has telling the American people you may not even know what’s in it, but you like it? ... $200 million dollars to Nancy Pelosi’s favorite park, the Presidio, amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. A more intrusive IRS scanning through your financial transactions. This bill is crap.”
Newsmax, Rep. Lauren Boebert to Newsmax: 'I Am My Security' in Congress “'I'm here because I believe in the American dream, and I want this to continue to be the land of opportunity for generations to come,’ Boebert began. ‘I want every American to have the ability to prosper and have true personal freedom.'”
