Here's the latest in the Virginia governor's race, John:

The bad news is the experts at FiveThirtyEight are now saying that Trump's hand-picked candidate Glenn Youngkin "could indeed win." If he does, it could mean a complete GOP sweep of Virginia.

The good news is that with one week to go, we can still make a huge impact in this race. Grassroots dollars delivered to Democrat Terry McAuliffe's campaign are going directly to work on turnout efforts across the state.

Democrats' strength headed into the midterms hangs in the balance in this race. We need to do our part to make sure everyone returns their ballots for McAuliffe, and there's still plenty of time to stop Youngkin:
