Key cases regarding reproductive choice are coming before the U.S. Supreme Court. Next week, the Supreme Court will hear arguments on Texas' extreme anti-abortion law. Then, on December 1st, Mississippi's anti-choice law will come before the court — this time directly threatening Roe v. Wade.
If the court fails to block these anti-choice laws, it would be a draconian step backwards for reproductive rights.
We can’t let that happen. Along with other Democratic Attorneys General, I am filing legal briefs with the Supreme Court to challenge these dangerously restrictive, anti-choice laws.
