Right now, I’m in the most competitive race of 2021 — a recent poll from an A-rated FiveThirtyEight pollster shows a DEAD HEAT, and it’s Donald Trump and the Republican party’s best shot at picking up a big win this year.

My Trump-endorsed opponent, Glenn Youngkin, has promised to spend $75 million of his own fortune on buying the Governor’s office.

Youngkin’s a GOP extremist — he was caught on video pledging to defund Planned Parenthood. He opposes Medicaid expansion, is anti-LGBTQ+, anti-woman, and pro-guns. His political mentor is Ted Cruz, and he’s been endorsed by Donald Trump SIX times.

So you can imagine how confused I am about why people aren’t stepping up and donating. We’re blowing this one, John.

I just don’t get how we’re letting Youngkin roll over us and outspend us. People are acting like this is a sure thing — that Virginia is a blue state. Let me tell you: it isn’t.

People need to start stepping it up. This is a must-win race, and we’ve got to stand up to this guy. Let’s get this done, folks.
