| Fellow American, As a kid growing up in the small town of Wrightsville, Georgia, I never thought I would be interviewing for a job like the one I'm writing to you about now. While I am a candidate for the United States Senate, the truth is that this race is about so much more than me. The 2022 Senate race in Georgia is even bigger than either political party. This race is about the future of America. Right now, there is a change afoot. Some change happens incrementally, and some change happens overnight. Sometimes we blink and miss it. Georgia has changed a lot over the course of my life, mainly because folks from all around the country have flocked here because Republicans have done such a good job running the state that everyone wants to live here. I took a long time to decide whether to enter the race. We counted the costs. When you run for elected office, it can be hard on the candidate and family. But Fellow American, at the end of the day, I'm willing to sacrifice everything I have for America. I love this country too much to stand on the sidelines and watch it go down the wrong path. That's why I decided to run for political office – despite not being a politician myself. If you think that America needs lawmakers in Washington who continue to see the best America has to offer – rather than the worst, would you make a sacrifice on my behalf today by sending us $5, $10, $34 or more so we can build a campaign machine capable of going up against whatever Democrats are going to throw our way? I love America – everything about it. And Georgia is a microcosm of the United States, which is why winning the Senate seat for the Republican Party here is so important. Democrats know what's at stake. Republicans know what's at stake. I'm running for Senate because a victory here for our team could help deescalate tensions, which are pretty high in Washington right now. The headline at the top of this email is genuine, and it speaks to how much Democrats are going to spend to win – and, my friend, this is just the tip of the iceberg. I am not running for myself.
