Last week we sent out more than 10,000 texts in less than a half hour with the help of the Maryland Progressive Healthcare Coalition, the Lower Shore Progressive Caucus, and Our Revolution!
This week we’ll be calling voters in support of fair and democratic redistricting in Prince George’s County! After months of deliberation, an independent Redistricting Committee recommended a fair County Council map. At the last minute, a new and controversial map was produced by some Council Members. Deni Taveras supported ramming this map through the council. It denies voters the ability to support Democrats of their choice.
