Friend – Nominate a young person you know for the ACLU of Iowa Robert Mannheimer Advocacy Award! It's a $500 cash prize given to a young Iowan age 14 to 19 who has demonstrated a passion and advocacy for civil liberties, such as:
Learn more about the Robert Mannheimer Youth Advocacy Award. Anyone can nominate one – or more! – young people. That means parents, teachers, guardians, religious leaders, advocacy groups, community leaders, another young person, and others may make a nomination. A young person may also submit their own nomination. Submit a nomination for the Robert Mannheimer Youth Advocacy Award now. Completed nomination forms must be received by Sunday, November 21.
