Fiscal Year 2022, First Quarter

** FY 2022, First Quarter Financial Report
------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Subscriber,

As a regular reader, you know that every three months we publish a quarterly financial report. Today, we provide you with the first quarter report for our fiscal year 2022.

Our policy is to disclose the identity of any individual who makes a donation of $1,000 or more. We also disclose the total, average and median amounts of our contributions, as well as the total number of individual donations we had received during the quarter.

In 2015, Inside Philanthropy
praised ([link removed]) our disclosure policy for “exemplifying nonprofit transparency.”

Our largest funder this quarter, as usual, was the Annenberg Foundation, which provided us with a founding grant many years ago. In addition to the Annenberg Foundation, we also received support this quarter from Facebook, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Google and the National Science Foundation. The amounts and details are below in our first-quarter report.

We also received more than $32,000 this quarter from individual donors like you. We thank you for your support, which has helped extend the life of FactCheck.org.

If you would like to make a donation, please visit
our “Donate” page ([link removed]) , where you can contribute via credit card and make one-time or recurring monthly donations.

If you prefer to give by check, send to:
