friend,

We are only a couple days away from our annual National Day of Action and we can’t wait to take over college campuses, the streets, and TWITTER with you! This Wednesday and Thursday hundreds of activists across the country will take action to demand ‘No more Koch money.’

This year, we are taking collective action via Twitter by reaching out to Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, requesting that he address the issue of dark money in education, all the way from Kindergarten through higher ed. Mark your calendars!

On October 27th and 28th we’ll be tweeting up a storm, asking Secretary Cardona to address the impact of the Koch network on our nation’s schools, educators, and students. You can join by signing up, and a pre-written tweet addressed to Secretary Cardona will appear, allowing you to share with him your thoughts on dark money in education.

For generations, the Koch network has been able to continuously influence our democracy, but we are changing the narrative. Join us as we take action this week!

In Solidarity,

Tempestt Tuggle, Operations Manager

UnKoch My Campus is a project dedicated to disrupting corporate influence on campuses nationwide by equipping campus activists with education, skills, and ecosystems of solidarity. The Koch network is leveraging its donations to colleges and universities to bolster its corporate agenda to halt action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, deny millions of people healthcare, and strip rights and wages from workers globally. We're building a mass movement of young people who are dedicated to disrupting this harm.
