"Be a Super Ally with the 5Ds" is our new 5Ds for kids video series, made in partnership with Asian American Advancing Justice | AAJC and Woori Show!

In the wake of racist violence and hate crimes against the AAPI community in the United States, many of you reached out to us asking us to share a resource specifically for children. We heard you, and decided to take those fears and needs you shared, to create a series of videos we are proud to present to you.

These videos were produced for kids ages 3 to 10 with the support of experts in language, culture, early childhood education, and child psychology. Each video is an animated and engaging story with clear and actionable messages about how to react to bullying and racism.

We recently partnered with Sephora in honor of the launch of the Community Social Media Guidelines "Hearts, Not Hate" on World Mental Day on October 10. Sephora hosted a week long amplification of content planned featuring our guidelines to drive awareness of creating a safer space online within the beauty community. Singer/Actress Selena Gomez also partnered with Sephora to champion "Hearts, Not Hate” with a challenge to followers.

We conducted an Instagram Live Roundtable discussion to chat about the guidelines. Sephora's CMO spoke about what Sephora is doing to keep their communities safe, Senior Trainer Dax Valdes from Hollaback shared practical advice and tactics and our host, beauty expert Carla Cassandra, kept the conversation moving along with sharing her own experiences being someone that has had to deal with online harassment in the social space.
