The COVID-19 pandemic has created a devastating threat to progress made in
the fight against HIV/AIDS. The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and
Malaria, recently announced that for the first time in its 20 year
history, treatment and testing for HIV, TB and malaria have declined due
to the impact of COVID. In 2020 testing for HIV fell 22%, and unless we
take bold action to ensure lifesaving treatment and prevention programs
are equipped to combat the impacts of COVID-19, we will continue to see
significant setbacks.

Global Fund is one of the world's most important global AIDS programs and

send letters to elected officials, and engage on social media to ensure
the fight against HIV/AIDS is not slowed by the COVID-19 pandemic!
