DC offers free 30-day bikeshare membership to residents to ease Metro pain

DC residents are eligible to sign up for one free month of 45-minute Capital Bikeshare rides, Mayor Muriel Bowser announced Monday. The memberships are intended to help those struggling to get around amid Metro disruptions.  (WJLA)

Problems with 7000-series railcars were rare, at first
