Team, when I heard that The Cook Political Report shifted the Virginia governor’s race from “Leans Democrat” to “Toss Up,” I thought for certain we’d have a surge in grassroots donor support.

I mean for weeks, everyone from the Associated Press to Donald Trump was claiming that Youngkin has the momentum.

So I was stunned when my team told me all the bad news wasn’t fueling more donations.

If I haven’t been direct enough about this, let me be direct right now: I need you.

Glenn Youngkin is using his bottomless bank account to flood the airwaves in the final weeks of the campaign. If we don’t have the resources to compete, Democrats may lose 2021’s most important race.
