John, Arkansas just approved new maps that would guarantee GOP congressional victories for the next ten years. And on top of that, the president of Arkansas’ Democratic Black Caucus called the maps a “textbook case” of racial gerrymandering.
In fact, these maps are so badly gerrymandered that Arkansas’ Republican governor wouldn’t even sign them, but instead let them go into law without his approval.
