Let’s stand together.

It's National Bullying Prevention Month

If you’ve ever been bullied, you know how difficult and painful it can be.

Unfortunately, bullying is a common occurrence in American schools. Recent studies have found that about 20% of children between the ages of 12 to 18 experienced bullying. And the numbers are even worse for children with disabilities, who are 2 to 3 times more likely to be bullied than their peers without disabilities.

And with 3.2 million Special Olympics athletes around the globe, they understand the isolation that bullying can cause every day.

It needs to stop. October is National Bullying Prevention Month and we’re taking a stand and asking our community to pledge to put a stop to bullying. Help us champion inclusion for people of all abilities. Are you with us?

I PLEDGE TO HELP END BULLYING

Let’s say yes to inclusion,
