As you may remember, on October 4, 2019, President Trump issued his latest move to keep those who aren’t white and wealthy out: a proclamation that would restrict immigration to the United States by people who are uninsured beginning November 3, 2019.The Protecting Immigrant Families campaign has written a letter in opposition and we would love to have you speak up with us. The deadline to sign on is Wednesday, October 30, 5:00 PM ET.

for Immigration Attorneys

The Protecting Immigrant Families (PIF) Campaign, in conjunction with MLRI, ILRC and AILA, will provide an in-depth training for immigration attorneys on public charge and an update on current litigation efforts. The training will provide detailed materials regarding benefits, calculation worksheets and other case strategy tools to help attorneys advise clients about the use of public benefits and adjusting status.
