Friend,

We’re only 10 days away from Election Day and we all know the stakes. Virginia has made so much progress since my time in the State Senate, but now the Republican ticket is campaigning on rolling back all of the policies that have made Virginia into the welcoming and thriving Commonwealth we’re all proud of.

With Democratic control of the House, Senate, and Governor’s office we’ve been able to accomplish so much. We’ve abolished the death penalty, codified voting rights for all Virginians, installed protections for the LGBTQ community, raised the minimum wage, welcomed thousands of refugees and immigrants, ratified the ERA, taken down the Confederate statues in Richmond — just imagine how much more we could accomplish with 4 more years!

Listen, friend — this election is going to be a close one. We have to do everything we can between now and November 2nd to make sure we’re getting Democrats across Virginia to the polls.

My friends over at the DPVA have been working tirelessly to get out the vote but they need your help, friend. So they asked me to reach out and ask:
