Yesterday, the Supreme Court announced they will hear a case challenging the Texas abortion ban on November 1st.

This comes just a month after the Court’s right-wing majority declined to stop the egregious law from going into effect, banning all abortions in the state after only six weeks — before most women even know they’re pregnant.

I don’t put this lightly: Roe v. Wade is in jeopardy more than ever before. The Supreme Court will have the opportunity to officially overturn Roe in the weeks ahead.

Please, add your name to my petition demanding Congress pass the Women’s Health Protection Act and protect reproductive rights for people in Texas and across the country.

From appointing anti-choice judges to defunding Planned Parenthood and threatening to jail doctors, it’s clear that national Republicans don’t care about women’s rights or reproductive health. We must fight back.
