This moment is far too big for us to ignore. Election Day is less than two weeks away, and it’s imperative that New Mexican voters turn out to cast their ballots in this year’s critical election.

Local elections are vital to strengthening our democracy, granting constituents direct access to the leaders who have the most impact on our daily lives. The right to vote is at the core of our values, and participation in these elections is essential in efforts to build community and bring about necessary change.

Here, at the Democratic Party of New Mexico, we are committed to ensuring both safe and fair access to elections. We encourage each and every eligible voter to make a plan to cast their ballot on November 2, 2021.

Whether by mail, early voting, or in-person, turning out this Election Day is imperative to New Mexico’s communal success.

We must elect compassionate, representative leadership to bring about the prosperity and quality of life that every New Mexican deserves.
