Governor Abbott has signed an executive order as a stop gap on vaccine mandates. Southwest Airlines recently caved and gave up on their plan to put unvaccinated employees on unpaid leave. And In-N-Out Burger, a California based fast-food company, just refused to comply with the city of San Francisco's demands to check their customer's vaccine statuses. The tide is turning against Joe Biden and the radical left's vaccine mandates and we need strong legislation as a long term solution to this overreach. Americans and Texans have always been against these unconstitutional restrictions and are making their voices heard loud and clear. It is time for us to rise to the challenge and call a 4th special session to finally put this issue to rest in Texas.
