Friend – we've got to call it like we see it: Republicans across the country are leading an all-out assault on voting rights.

Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Florida and elsewhere – over one-third of states have passed restrictive voting laws this year. Currently, Michigan Republicans are trying to pass bills making it harder to vote, and their motivation is as clear as day: Unsatisfied with massive losses in the last election – and the record turnout – they are doubling down on Donald Trump's lie about voter fraud in order to regain power.


The fact is, our elections are safe and secure. Trying to make it tougher to vote because you didn't like the election results is dangerous. Unfortunately, Republican leaders have actively fought measures to stop this voter suppression, and if Democrats lose just a single Senate seat, it will be Mitch McConnell who's in control again. Protecting voting rights means we must protect our Democratic Senate majority.
