Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will discuss his new book, The Case Against Socialism, at the Cato Institute’s City Seminar and Luncheon at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago on Friday, November 8. His timely new book speaks to the recent resurgence of socialist ideology on the left, and in it he draws from numerous Cato scholars and their work in defense of free markets.
