Dear Friend -- New Yorkers are struggling to put food on the table, pay for housing, healthcare, and to build a better future for themselves, their community, and the state. Electing candidates from corporate parties like the Democrats and Republicans hasn't helped — if anything things have gotten worse. It's time to build a better future — and to do that we need to run and elect more Greens to office! We need YOU to step up next year and run for office. We need YOU to encourage local community members and activists to run as Greens next year, too. There are offices at every level open next year: from local communities to the State Legislature to the big statewide offices like Governor, Lt. Gov, Comptroller, Attn. General, Congress, and the U.S. Senate. As a party, we organize for building a world where people and the planet matter. We need a strong campaign in 2022 with a unified message and support from people who are tired of business as usual and who are denied a voice in how our state is run. We are looking for fierce candidates with a passion for Green, eco-socialist issues like universal single-payer healthcare, radical criminal justice reform, public power and a carbon free New York by 2030. It won't be easy. The Green Party doesn't take corporate donations — we're powered by working class people like you. The Democrats and Republicans haven't made it easy — we've got to fight to get our ballot line back! We've done it before, though, and we can do it again — with your help!
