Democrat,

This weekend will mark a historic moment for New Jersey, as In-Person Early Voting will be available for the first time ever starting on Saturday. To celebrate the occasion and encourage as many people to take advantage of this new opportunity to make their voices heard as possible, we are launching a new campaign asking voters to share their Early Voting Selfie with the hashtag #VoteEarlyNJ!

The new early voting period will run from October 23-October 31 from Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. For a full list of early voting locations throughout the state visit the Secretary of State website here.

To further celebrate the first ever day of early voting, Governor Murphy is welcoming former President Barack Obama to a rally event on Saturday in Newark to help bring people out to the polls. If you’re interested in attending the event you can sign up for a ticket here.

President Biden will also be coming to New Jersey soon, with a visit scheduled for Monday to tour vaccination sites and rally support for his Build Back Better agenda, which is essential for continuing our recovery from COVID-19.

Thank you,

-- Chairman LeRoy J. Jones, Jr.

P.S. -- I was excited to fire up the crowd last week in Edison before we were joined by First Lady Jill Biden, who returned to her home state to support Governor Murphy and Democrats up and down the ballot.
