Andy recognizes that infrastructure improvements mean good jobs, safer conditions, and a brighter, more equal future for all of Kentucky.

That's why revitalizing the Commonwealth's infrastructure has been one of his biggest priorities as governor. Here are just some of his accomplishments so far:

* Implemented the Better Kentucky plan to create 14,500 new jobs, build new schools, update vocational centers, and more.
* Secured $87 million in infrastructure project investments through the Department for Local Government.
* Invested over $1 billion in projects through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC).
* Accelerated the Mountain Parkway expansion in Eastern Kentucky.
* Allocated more than $750 million through the Better Kentucky plan to expand broadband access and deliver clean drinking water and quality sewer systems across the Commonwealth.

Infrastructure improvements put Kentuckians to work which is crucial as we strive to recover from the pandemic. It ensures that our roads are safe, our water is clean, and that we make all communities -- rural, urban, and everywhere in between -- better than ever.
