Friends,

In just under 2 weeks, Virginia will elect a new set of leaders. And listen, I’m proud of all the progress we’ve been able to make as your Governor — from ratifying the ERA to abolishing the death penalty to codifying voting rights for Virginians — but the reality of this situation is all of that could change on Election Day.

If Republicans get control of the Governor’s office and take the majority in the House of Delegates, there won’t be anything standing in the way of them going “on offense” to roll back all of our hard work towards progress over the last few years.

This election is going to come down to turnout and the DPVA team has been working hard to get folks out to vote in every corner of the Commonwealth. But they can’t do it alone, friend — that’s where you come in.

Can I count on you to chip in to help the Virginia Democrats continue to grow their mobilization efforts as we approach Election Day? When the election is this close any amount can make a difference.
