Ever since they did it so successfully in 2011, Republicans have been plotting to use this year’s redistricting process as a way to secure unearned majorities in Congress and in state legislatures all over the country.
We’ve been working furiously to fight back and demand FAIR maps for the next decade of elections. And right now this fight is at its most critical moment -- hearings are happening, mapmakers are submitting draft proposals, and lawmakers will be voting soon.
