Can you believe early voting starts tomorrow?

Polls open tomorrow at 10 am for early voting and will be open all week with varied hours so you can vote when it works for you. Look up your early voting poll site here.

I hope you’ll join me in voting for the Democratic slate in NYC of Eric Adams for Mayor, Jumaane Williams for Public Advocate, and myself for NYC Comptroller. And while I’m really looking forward to the progressive energy and commitment to justice that so many candidates are bringing to the next City Council, I personally couldn’t be more excited to vote for my new council member Shahana Hanif. I don’t know anyone who better embodies these values and will work with all her heart to bring them fully into the work of representing this community.

I'm also voting on five city-wide ballot measures to improve our democracy and protect our environment:

  • YES on Prop 1 which makes changes to the redistricting process
  • YES on Prop 2 which creates a state constitutional right to clean air, clean water, and a healthful environment
  • YES on Prop 3 which authorizes the legislature to pass a law for same-day voter registration
  • YES on Prop 4 which authorizes the legislature to pass a law for no-excuse absentee voting
  • YES on Prop 5 which increases the NYC Civil Court's jurisdiction from civil cases involving $25,000 to $50,000
