Register your middle school girl for Girls Who Code today!

Good afternoon, 

Our Girls Who Code program is an amazing opportunity for girls in 5th-6th grade! Girls Who Code participants will have the chance to explore our theme, "Play for Impact", and will be able to code a project using the program Scratch. This program is in partnership with Facebook's Engineer for the Week program (EFTW). EFTW introduces learners to the power of STEM, and provides a pathway to build engineering solutions that create real impact in our Richmond communities.The girls will explore the world of engineering, discover game design principles, and learn block-based programming to design their own game with purpose to address a topic that matters to them, and create a positive change in the world! Girls Who Code will take place every Tuesday from 6:00-7:00pm, starting on October 26th and going through December 14th.
