Every year the I'll Be There Awards are a chance to get together with everyone who is part of DC JWJ's work and be together as a community. Even virtually, it's a joy to be together with friends and colleagues and to celebrate what we can do when we work together.

Donate in honor of 20 years

Last night we honored Maria Gomez of Mary's Center, Aura Cruz Heredia of Sunrise DC, the Washington Teachers' Union, ROC-DC, and the Just Recovery DC campaign. Congratulations again to this year's awardees!

We also debuted a new video looking back at the history of our fight for workers rights in DC over the last 20 years. Watch the story of DC JWJ:

It takes a movement of people to accomplish everything that has happened over the last 20 years. Thank you for being part of it.
