The Summer of SALT might be over, but my fight to address the harmful SALT deduction cap is anything but.

I’m working with my colleagues in the New Jersey delegation to provide SALT deduction cap relief in upcoming legislation, and I need your help.

Before the cap was instituted in 2017, nearly half of New Jerseyans claimed the SALT deduction. And in our district, more than half of families used the deduction.

The cap, implemented in Trump’s tax cuts, hurts New Jersey families, seniors, teachers, and first responders. By providing SALT deduction cap relief, we can put money back in their pockets and lift up our whole economy.

I’ve been in this fight since my first day in Congress and I won’t let up until we see this through, but I need supporters like you to help get the word out. Please tell your followers on social media about our efforts to address the SALT cap. →
