Dear Patriot,

Two days ago, my Attorneys General colleagues and I wrote a letter to President Biden and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, voicing our opposition to their plan to have access to NEARLY EVERY AMERICAN'S financial transaction information.

Specifically, their INVASIVE POLICY would require all banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to report all financial information of any bank account that has a balance of $600 and exceeds $600 per year in transaction.

Folks, it's EERILY starting to sound like George Orwell's "Big Brother" from his novel 1984.

What's really incredible is that not even the West Virginia Attorney General can access your financial information in an investigation unless we have a reasonable cause to seek it.

But the federal government seems to want that information regardless of cause!

We will keep fighting every day and night to protect your freedoms and privacy!

We must push back against Big Brother.

Sincerely,
Patrick Morrisey
West Virginia Attorney General
