When I jumped in this race a few months ago, I had only a dream of what this campaign would look like. But with health care corporations raking in record profits while everyday people foot the bill, thousands of houseless Californians struggling to get by, and the worst effects of climate change already on our doorsteps, I knew I had to step up to the plate.

It may have started with just a vision, but thanks to the support of our grassroots base, we’ve built a movement.
