John, one year ago today, 89 machinists were on strike for affordable health care at Asten Johnson in Appleton, Wisconsin. These members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) Local 1855 are vital members of our paper industry, and deserve the dignity of insurance coverage.
Chip in now if you agree that Wisconsin should have a Senator who will stand with workers, not corporate donors!

I was proud to stand with them on the picket line, fighting for what’s right:
When workers stand together and are given a voice,
they win. After a week-long strike, they were able to negotiate a greatly improved contract, securing better health insurance during the height of the pandemic.
Standing with workers is not new to me and I have the track record to prove it. I’ve done it my entire career and I will continue to do so in the U.S. Senate. Wisconsin workers and manufacturing have been neglected for far too long. Please, contribute today to help our people-powered movement →
For far too long, Washington elites have ignored the needs of working class American families. Unfair trade agreements and Ron Johnson’s tax policy have made it easier to ship our jobs overseas by the same people who spend their weekends on multi-million dollar yachts.
Once I’m in office, I can promise you this: I will use every bit of my power to fight for
YOU, not for the top 1%. I refuse to take any money from Wall Street and Big Business because I won’t let my beliefs be swayed by a check – I know how hard it is to deal with these issues, which is why I’m determined to fix them in Congress.
Because I’m not taking money from rich mega donors and corporations, I am depending on grassroots efforts to succeed. If you can, join our team today by donating to help bring change to Washington D.C. →
Thank you,
Tom
