Friend,
Today marks one year since the tragic attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue. My thoughts are with the family and friends of the eleven victims, the Tree of Life congregation, and our Jewish communities across America.
As the only Jewish representative from the state of Pennsylvania in Congress, I feel it is my duty to uplift the voices of the Jewish communities across Pennsylvania and the country, and stand up to antisemitism when it rears its head. Hatred and bigotry have no place in America, and I will continue to speak out against prejudice as it spreads fear and hatred in communities across our country.
On this solemn anniversary, my heart is heavy. I hope you will take a moment today to remember the eleven victims of the Tree of Life shooting, and stand with me in condemning antisemitism wherever it rears its head.
In solidarity,
Susan Wild
