Help us hit our goal

John -

The NIAC Action team wrapped up an outstanding Q3 and we wanted to reach out to let you know what’s on the docket in Q4:

💉 We’re launching a new campaign to support humanitarian relief and vaccine equity for Iran, particularly as access remains hampered by U.S. sanctions.

📝 Our team is drafting a new report examining the civil rights of the Iranian-American community and how the demonization of Iranians informs U.S. policy on Iran.

✊ Our organizing team and volunteers are aiming to complete over 100 Congressional in-district meetings by the end of the year. You can join the effort by connecting with your local NIAC chapter.

🗳️ We’re busy phone banking, fundraising, and amplifying the campaigns of our NIAC Action endorsees, including Ramin Fatehi for Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney and Sheila Nezhad for Minneapolis Mayor.

🎨 We will continue to uplift Iranian-American culture and build community through virtual events like Open Mic Nights, happy hours, book talks, and more. Check out some of our upcoming events here.

☮️ We're working to urge the Biden administration to rejoin the Iran nuclear deal and prevent maximum pressure 2.0.

💻 We’re also pushing the administration to lift sanctions that prevent ordinary Iranians from accessing a free internet.

These goals are ambitious, but we know what needs to be done to achieve our mission. We’ve set a goal of 10,000 dollars -- because we know that doing big things takes real investment.

Can you help us kick off Q4 strong by rushing us a donation today? Your support means we’re one step closer to checking these items off our to-do list and helping to advocate for peace and diplomacy everywhere.
