Election week is fast approaching! If you have not filled out your ballot yet, make sure it is postmarked before November 1st, or drop off your ballot or vote in-person on or before November 2nd! Make sure your voice is heard!
o2 Utah was founded on the idea that elections are the key to cleaning Utah’s air. That’s why we’ve endorsed 23 candidates in 10 cities in northern Utah. By working to put leaders who prioritize our air quality in positions of power we can initiate positive change in our communities. But here’s the sad truth - Utahns just don’t show up for municipal elections.
Less than 30% of registered voters typically vote in municipal races. This means when you cast your ballot, you have an outsized impact on the direction your city takes in tackling air quality and environmental issues.
