John,
With the Supreme Court preparing to hear a case that could gut Roe v. Wade, there has never been a more important time to make sure the U.S. Senate has our best pro-choice advocates -- from passing legislation to protect choice, to voting on Supreme Court justice appointments, Senators are a critical part of this worthy fight.
We need your help -- and that’s why I wanted to make sure you saw this message from our team last week. Will you join us and Tina Smith on November 3rd to support Senator Duckworth’s 2022 re-election?
We hope to see you via Zoom on November 3rd. Together, we can elect leaders who will fight to protect reproductive rights for generations to come.
In gratitude,

Hi John,
Across the country, we have seen reproductive rights being chipped away. The anti-choice minority has been working and organizing to strip away the protections Roe v. Wade provides. Now, the Supreme Court will hear a case on December 1st that could gut Roe.
This work - the work to elect pro-choice women - has never been more important. The work to ensure anti-choice justices are not appointed to the Supreme Court by the U.S. Senate is critical.
That’s why on November 3rd, Women Winning is teaming up with U.S. Senator Tina Smith’s Velvet Hammer PAC to host a re-election fundraiser for U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL).
There is no path to a pro-choice majority in the U.S. Senate without re-electing Tammy Duckworth -- and we’re thrilled to have her back.
Senator Duckworth is a former U.S. Army lieutenant colonel who has served as the junior United States Senator for Illinois since 2017. A proud Iraq War veteran and helicopter pilot, she also became the first U.S. Senator to give birth while serving in office in 2018.

Senator Duckworth is focused on helping working families get ahead through job development programs, protecting Social Security and Medicare, promoting civil rights and equal rights, advocating for environmental justice, and supporting our Veterans and military families.
We’ve got to make sure we have the best advocates in the U.S. Senate -- and that means making sure Senator Duckworth is re-elected in 2022. We hope you’ll join us on Wednesday, November 3rd.
Thanks,
