The MN Senate GOP has revived their threat of firing Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm in an act of political revenge on Governor Walz – in a special session intended to help essential workers no less.

The timing here is no coincidence. This is a shameless attempt at intimidating DFLers after Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan launched their re-election campaign on Tuesday.
