It wasn’t enough for Antifa to physically assault citizen-journalist Andy Ngo…

 

Some of their ultra-violent, radical members believe that Andy, and any other
American who wants to expose their Marxist plans, needs to die.

 

That’s right.

 

Nearly every day, Andy Ngo receives death threats from the same thugs who have
already brutally assaulted him twice.

 

The fact remains that if Antifa criminals aren’t punished, they won’t stop.

You and I know that Antifa physically assaulted Andy Ngo for simply reporting
the truth about their violent actions and radical plan to destroy America.

 

The assault was on video.

 

The assault was written about and published by MULTIPLE reputable new outlets.

 

And yet, there were no arrests. No job losses. No consequences of any kind for
the Antifa thugs who brutally beat Andy in the street and caused a damaging
brain hemorrhage.

 

If Antifa is allowed to get away with this kind of violence in broad daylight,
what will stop them from spreading their Marxist ideology and their
intimidation tactics across the entire nation?

 

That’s why we’re suing Rose City Antifa and its members who participated in
the attack on Andy Ngo.

“protecting their First Amendment rights.”

 

I’m sorry – but the Constitution DOES NOT allow anyone to assault a peaceful
journalist.

 

Quite the opposite, the Constitution protects free speech – which Antifa is
desperately trying to eliminate.

 

While Antifa members continue their stall tactics filing motions to dismiss
the case and filing appeals when their motions fail, we remain steadfast in our
pursuit of justice for Andy.

 

But the fight is just beginning.

 

Antifa will surely pull out all the stops to win in court.
