By now we’re sure you’re aware that Texas has entered a Handmaid’s Tail-Esque
era after their Republican-led legislature outlawed abortion after a mere six
weeks of pregnancy, putting women across the state in vulnerable and dangerous
situations. But did you knowabortion laws like these aren’t just taking hold in
Texas?

Even here in Montana, we’ve seen new laws proposed and signed by a
Republican-led legislature and Republican Governor thatprohibit abortions in
most cases after just 20 weeks of pregnancy.

We need 3,000 supporters like you to sign our petition and let Montana
Republicans know that abortion rights are not up for debate. Will you be a

These laws have dire effects across the state. In particular, these laws will
disproportionately affect the most vulnerable populations, including people of
color, low-income populations, and those in rural areas who already face extra
difficulties accessing quality healthcare.

Protests and lawsuits have already ensued and we urge you to get involved. The
easiest way to do so is to sign our petition calling for reproductive justice
and supporting the right to choose.
