Just moments ago, the Freedom to Vote Act — a piece of vital + urgent
legislation to save our democracy — failed in the Senate because of a GOP
filibuster.

I will offer you no bullsh*t about why this happened today:

Some Democrats like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are refusing to vote to
end the filibuster — instead choosing to blow up President Biden's bold
agenda for working families across our
Commonwealth.

Look, John: Democrats should vote
like Democrats, otherwise we'll be voting under the terms + conditions
that Republicans set for us.

And if you trust me with your vote to fill this seat in 2022, you will
*never* have to wonder whether I will vote alongside fellow Dems, or let
you down in the big moments. But it means I need your support more than
ever if we're going to win this race.
