Dear John,
One of the more meaningful experiences of my life as both a father and public servant was attending the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
I remember thinking at the time how powerful it was to attend that historical moment. Four years earlier I'd marched with my daughter at the Women's March, and then on Inauguration Day, I got to see our country's first female Vice President sworn into office.
The importance of Vice President Kamala Harris' historic role cannot be overstated. As the first woman Vice President, first Black Vice President, and first Asian American Vice President, she is shattering countless barriers and serving as a role model for so many of us.
Today is Vice President Kamala Harris' birthday, and I hope you'll join me in showing your appreciation for our trailblazing Vice President. Please, sign our birthday card today to wish her all the best →

As Vice President Harris has said, "I may be the first, but I won't be the last." She has shown us time and time again what true leadership and civility look like. As our country continues to recover from a deadly pandemic and economic crisis, having these traits in our Vice President couldn't be more important.
Vice President Harris is fighting for all of us every day, so I hope you'll add your name to her birthday card today. You can leave a personal note to show your gratitude.
