Five House lawmakers, including House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., have written to Amazon CEO Andy Jassy seeking that the company "provide exculpatory evidence to corroborate the prior testimony and statements on behalf of Amazon" by executives regarding Amazon's use of data from third-party sellers. Amazon has denied misusing such data to create its own products, but recent media reports have indicated otherwise.
