In addition to recognizing the 2021 CARE winners, the event will feature keynote speaker Dr. C. Nicole Mason, President & CEO of the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, who coined the term she-cession at the start of the pandemic to describe the disproportionate impact of the employment and income losses on women.
