Hello John,

I am pleased to announce that the Pacific Justice Institute has taken up the defense of 6 Los Angeles police officers against the city of LA, the LAPD and LA Mayor Eric Garcetti, over their mandate requiring these officers get the Covid-19 vaccine.

We will show that the city and LAPD vaccine mandate is unconstitutional and violates both federal and state laws.

October 20th is the date the city has chosen to fire thousands of officers if they have not gone along with the department's illegal mandate. We believe that the civil liberties of people all around the country are being threatened and we at PJI won’t stand for it.

Every American has certain, unalienable rights, and the freedom to choose whether or not they get this vaccine is a crucial part of those rights.

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti warned those seeking exemptions that the city “will not tolerate the abuse of these exemptions.” I’m curious what exemptions this mayor would accept. Aren’t you?
